7 Monday Motivation Tips






The day comes again and again, but never like Monday, the most unwanted day for people. Why this Monday comes so early and lasts long as if it’s not a matter of 24 hours but 100 hours. The reason is lack of Monday Motivation. So, here are some tips to avoid boredom and increase Monday Motivation:-
  1. Accept the truth
Accept the truth that yes it’s Monday and this will come every week. Anyhow, this will last only for 5 days and yet again the weekends will come. The cycle has regular and periodic intervals the days will come and go. You just need to accept it Dude! It’s Monday today the Sun for Friday will soon be setting.
  1. Sleep atleast 10 hours on Sunday
Yes, you hear it right. 10 hours sleep on Sunday can make you more productive on Monday. If you want you can split the 10 hours sleep into two parts 2 hours day and 8 hours night. Just go and try this method this weekend and see how productive will be your upcoming Monday.

  1. Enjoy the weekends
Don’t think about the Monday on weekends your thought can’t prohibit Monday it will definitely come, just enjoy your weekends with lots of fun and masti. Do whatever you feel that makes your mind refreshed, charge your eternal mind, your soul. Put yourself into zone of enjoying the moments of weekends without being stressed up.
  1. Love-mate and Soulmate
This is only for those who either got married or have be-lover. Just try to be with her every moment, share your feelings to his or her. Let them make you feel loved and love them back. The mantras here will definitely one of the strongest mantra which will bring not only peace to your mind but also will accelerate your performance in upcoming weeks. In the fast moving world it’s difficult to get the time but spending these times with adorable people can connect your emotional dots. Once, your brain enjoys the feeling of love hormones via tyro-sine and oxytocin it recharges your mood and stable your mood swings.
  1. For guys whose girls are in “AF”
For guys you should have being playing the role of care-taker this week. The AF here stands not for “As fuck” what you use it on social media these days but it stands for “Aunt Flo” which is an acronym, abbreviation or slang word for Menstruation (Periods). You guys will be constantly facing here mood swings during this AF. Don’t be the guy who panics or bolts when his girl is on period just avoid this topic always answer her with sweet and polite voice because your high vocal can counter-fire on you itself. Boss, you don’t even know on which lightning speed she will reply you back, have some patients, give her something to eat this will make her feel loved and the more she will feel loved the more she will love you back. Remember don’t think this is her fault, although it’s biological and natural.
  1. Give yourself a break
A break can make or break. After being tired for working continuously whole week now it’s time to relax your mind, take-out some time for yourself, sit and enjoy the sound of silence. Yes, silence also have some sound which sounds same inside your ears as well as 8 billion and counting people on earth. Just try to listen it you will me in the meditation stage. Sound of silence will cure all your fatigue.
  1. Immerse yourself in nature
Take out your sleepers and shoes. Walk bare footed inside the garden of grass. Let the oases’ touch your feet’s palm. Do this either in morning or evening it will connect yourself from mother
nature. Feel the ground or grass underneath your feet and focus on being present on enjoying your environment and scenery.
