Women Empowerment- Thinking or Doing

Society have seen many  age

The life of people are enacted on stage

The thoughts are pressurizing the gauge

You should know your rights before earning wage.

By writing the full page,

You can’t change what is already engage,

But the action should be taken from teenage,

To make them privilege.

You alone can’t manage,

Women also need adage,

To control this savage,

Women must also learn how to damage.

Its not just a sage,

But the flower to plant in thoughts cottage.

                               The women empowerment, isn’t a common topic nowadays? But what do we know about Women Empowerment, it’s just a topic to debate or it needed to be scrutinized or examined properly? Well, the dogma has it’s day, the agonizing and miserable permanence is that it is just a manifesto for the discussion and I am sure those discussions will only construct the identity not silhouette. Well, we say that we reached at moon, we reached vast in the universe but in reality the nuts and bolts of our mind are only fixing contraption not the human.

Our minds are only connected to hands to earn money not to equalize the society. Dominance is what we want, either male or female they both enjoy being dominant. We discuss and debate a lot about Women Empowerment but do we know that we only discuss the issues, not the procedure to stabilize predicament.The dilemma will not resolve until we owe the rights to vacillate. The question to you is that you are reading my article because you love reading or you found this topic to be interesting. Yet, you might have realized that vogue of writing is bit autocratic and insolent, the person behind the article might be dictator or narcissist. But the answer to whomsoever is reading this article is all of us have insolent thoughts and narcissist nature, but do you know how? We all think for ourselves first and this is how narcissism definition is defined.

Just take glance to your past, have you being in a situation where you saw something happening wrong with women and you wanted to stop that but since other didn’t you also followed the “Bhaid ke chaal” i.e. what others are doing you just follow them because the so called society have given you the tag of “respected person” and you wanted to maintain the dignity for this reason or you might be coward. Now imagine the situation where your sister, mother or wife is on that place of victim then, what you will do. Will you maintain your dignity of being called “respected person” or will you keep your mouth shut because it can harm your family reputation? The answer to this is that you will forget everything you will just fight for getting the justice right. Till now, you was thinking that it could not happen with your family members, your women does not need empowerment and that’s where all the thought process ends-up. By thinking in this idiosyncrasy actually you are not allowing the empowerment to happen the debate just increased the TRP for a moment in your mind but your thoughts TRP de-synchronized after the conclusion. Just by a small statement “It can’t happen with us”. There are 8 billion and counting people in this world right now, each of them is thinking in same manner but still in the society the crime on women are happening. Because you taught your boy that you should be strong and your girl that “you are girl, you should not do this, you should not wear dress like this, you should not talk like this” and that’s where you are making her inferior and discouraging her to be get empowered. It is the root of all problems and the first stage where we should improve to revolutionized the Women Empowerment.

If your girl will feel strong then as women they are automatically empowered by their own thoughts and actions. We take all the blunders in our mind, we rejuvenate it and that’s where we are discouraging ourselves. The survey says that the women who are actually very confident and aspiring, due to the jealousy by the society people they try to defame her by putting the unethical and anti-social tags like characterless. Just grow up, that women can be your sister, your mother and if they are being designated by this title how would you feel, before commenting on them you should be aware of this fact. Since, they don’t utter a single word it doesn’t mean that they are not getting discouraged. Since, we have framed our society in such a way that for every feat you need revolution to change and thus Women Empowerment need real practice to enact. Change People Change
